I have recently joined Winner as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within our FM team. I joined the company after finishing my college course, where I was studying Travel and Tourism, and came away with a Level 3 Distinction* graded qualification. I enjoyed studying this course as it’s something that holds an interest to me. Within the course it was very much around the business and job role side of the industry, we studied a recruitment & selection module which gave me further insight into the recruitment process and stemmed the idea of a potential career. After finishing education, I was keen to begin my career and found recruitment appealing to myself. Having grown up with my dad working within recruitment, it meant I was able to gain valuable insights into the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews. Having not worked within either facilities or recruitment prior to joining Winner, I am really enjoying my role and work environment here. Being the trainee of the team, working in such a busy and dedicated office I manage to find myself learning more and more about the sector daily. At the moment, I am finding myself enjoying working within soft services and am spending a lot of my time putting work into this.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me on holiday with my friends or family, my personal favourites being Ibiza or Centre Parcs both of which I have grown up visiting. As well as this, I enjoy attending music concerts as I have been bought up in a family that love live music, I’m always on the lookout for the next big performance.
