Scunthorpe – Hybrid

£40,000 + Car/Allowance + Commission (Uncapped)

Due to expansion and growth they are expanding their Sales Team and looking for successful Business Development to take the helm and drive new sales. In return our client is offering huge potential for progression within the business and uncapped commission.  

Your Role:

  • As a business Development manager your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities within the market and convert these opportunities into via business
  • You will nurture relationships through regular contact, meeting sales calls to ensure that additional business is secured where possible and cement the client relationship
  • You will be responsible to your sales pipeline and ensure enough activity to secure sales and new opportunities
  • Attending industry events, webinars and networking opportunities to maximise the brand awareness and again generate sales opportunities
  • Deep dive into market trends, needs, and competitors to strategically position the client at the forefront.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize project delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships

About the client :

What you need:

  • Previous experience within a similar role ideally a proven track record in the access solutions or related industry
  • Any industry related qualifications desirable with full UK driving licence
  • Dynamic interpersonal and negotiation skills
