Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence in Facilities Management? Our client is seeking a Head of Hard FM to lead our facilities team and ensure the seamless operation, maintenance and compliance of all building systems and assets.

Your role and responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Hard FM function, including building services, maintenance and asset management
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements and industry best practices
- Oversee reactive and planned maintenance programs to optimise building performance and lifecycle
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality services
- Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across the portfolio
- Prepare and manage Hard FM budgets to ensure cost control and financial efficiency
- Over see all M&E projects across the portfolio to ensure smooth delivery from inspection to completion
- Lead and manage the operational team consisting of Account Managers and technical staff
- Work closely with directors to deliver a strategy across the organisation around growth and increase revenue
What you will need for the role
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Proven experience in a senior Hard FM Facilities Management role
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and building fabric systems
Expertise in statutory compliance, health and safety and risk management
Relevant qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, M&E and ILM in leadership management
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
