Operations Manager – Soft Services
£32,000 + Company Car
Regional covering sites across – Coventry, Leicester and South Birmingham

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of soft services across a portfolio of commercial sites, including medical centres. You will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, ensuring service standards are met, and maintaining excellent client relationships. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day delivery of soft services across multiple sites.
Manage and support cleaning teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness, particularly in medical environments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for service delivery.
Monitor performance, carry out site audits, and implement improvements where required.
Recruit, train, and develop team members across the portfolio.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations.

About You:

Previous experience in facilities management or soft services (cleaning, housekeeping, etc.) is essential.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience managing multiple sites and teams across different locations.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability.
Full UK driving licence.
