£55,000–£60,000 + Bonus + Company Car

Contract Type: Permanent

Are you a proven leader in project delivery within the Fire & Life Safety or building services sector? We’re working with Senseco Systems, a respected and growing specialist, who are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-value projects from inception to completion.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll manage multiple stakeholders, drive commercial performance, and deliver technical excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead full project lifecycle: feasibility, planning, delivery, and close-out

Define scope, budgets, and schedules; allocate resources and set clear objectives

Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget

Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies

Manage project finances: cost control, applications for payment, and margin protection

Drive stakeholder engagement and act as the main point of contact for clients

Mentor junior team members and support peers on complex challenges

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations

Deliver regular progress updates to senior leadership and clients

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Project Management experience within the Fire Industry or related technical sectors

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and ideally CDM Regulations

Commercially minded with experience in budget control and profitability tracking

Strong understanding of fire systems, compliance, and technical delivery

Confident communicator with clients and internal teams alike

Proficient with Microsoft Office and project planning tools

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
